Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to accommodate those situations as much as we can.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Free Cancellation: All rooms can be cancelled free of charge until November 8th. If you cancel your reservation by this date, you will receive a full refund.

50% Charge: If you cancel your reservation after November 8th but on or before November 19th, you will be charged 50% of your total booking amount.

100% Charge: If you cancel your reservation after November 19th, or from November 26th onwards, you will be charged the total amount of your booking.
Please note that this policy applies to all room types. We encourage our guests to familiarize themselves with these conditions to avoid any unexpected charges. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to our property.
