• What is the Bachata Fest?

  • The Bachata Fest is the biggest annual festival in Germany celebrating the Latin dance style of bachata. It features workshops, performances, and social dance parties with internationally renowned instructors and DJs.

• Where & when is the Bachata Fest taking place?

  • The Bachata Fest takes place at the 5 star Westin Grand Hotel in Munich from the 8th to the 10th of December 2023.

• What is the time frame of the Bachata Fest 2023?

  • The festival registration starts on Friday evening, 08.12. at 6 pm and the festival ends on Sunday, 10.12. at 11 pm.The exact schedule with all timings will be announced soon.

• Who can attend the Bachata Fest?

  • The Bachata Fest is open to anyone who loves bachata or wants to learn more about the dance. All skill levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced dancers.

• Do I need a partner to attend the Bachata Fest?

  • No, you do not need a partner to attend the Bachata Fest. There will be plenty of opportunities to meet and dance with other attendees during the festival.

• What should I wear to the Bachata Fest?

  • We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement, such as dancewear or athletic wear. Many attendees also choose to dress up in their favorite Latin-inspired outfits. Nevertheless there will be some motto parties, all participants will be informed about the dresscodes in time.

• Are there any discounts available for the Bachata Fest?

  • Yes, there are early bird discounts available for those who register early. Additionally, group discounts may be available for those who register with a group of friends.

• What is included in the Full Pass Ticket?

  • The Full Pass includes all workshops and parties (during the day and in the evening) during the 3 days of the festival (8.-10.12.2023).

• What is the difference between Full Pass and Golden Full Pass?

  • The Golden Full Pass additionally includes 1 Masterclass of your choice during the 3 days Bachata Fest.

• What is the difference between Party Pass and Party Pass XXL?

  • The Party Pass includes all parties in the evening. The Party Pass XXL additionally includes the day parties / socials.

• How can I attend a Masterclass?

  • You must register in advance for Masterclasses, as places are limited. Anyone who has purchased a Golden Pass ticket can register for a masterclass of their choice. Alternatively, tickets for the individual masterclasses can be purchased directly on the ticket page. The exact schedule will be announced in advance and all guests who have a masterclass of their choice included in their ticket will be informed in advance about the registration process.

• How can I register for a Workshop?

  • A registration for the workshops in advance is not necessary. You can simply participate in the workshops you want. However, there will be a workshop schedule with a level classification so that you can assess which workshop is suitable for you.

• How many nights are included in my Ticket+Room?

  • Each ticket with Room includes 2 nights' accommodation in the 5-star Westin Grand Hotel in Munich, where the festival itself will also take place.These are the nights of Friday, the 8th, and Saturday, the 9th of DecemberFor guests leaving on the evening of Sunday, the 10th of December, there will be a possibility to store your luggage at the hotel for that day.However, for those who plan to attend the party on Sunday evening, we recommend booking an additional night at the hotel. There is a separate ticket category for additional nights on the ticket page.

• Is the Chris Paradise concert included in my ticket?

  • The concert will take place on the 9th of December, Saturday evening, at the Bachata Party. All tickets (except Day Pass Sunday) include the party with the concert of Chris Paradise on Saturday evening.

• Will there be a ticket office on site, in order to be able to attend the evening parties at short notice?

  • Yes* tickets for the parties on the 8th, 9th and 10th of December can still be purchased on site in the evening. *As long as stocks last!

• Will there be food and drinks available at the Bachata Fest?

  • Yes, there will be food and drinks available for purchase at the festival.Furthermore, everyone who purchases a ticket with a hotel room, breakfast is included in the price.

• What do I need to bring with me to the Bachata Fest?

  • We recommend bringing comfortable shoes for dancing, a water bottle, and any personal items you may need throughout the day.

• How do I get a goodie bag? And what does it contain?

  • The Full Pass XXL + all Golden Tickets include a goodie bag worth at least 200€. The bags will be handed out to you on site at the event.The contents will be announced at a later date, but we assure you, you can look forward to it. 🙂
