The Munich Bachata Fest is the biggest annual Bachata-only festival in Germany, celebrating the Latin dance style of bachata. It features workshops, performances, dance competitions, concerts, and social dance parties with internationally renowned artists and DJs.
The Munich Bachata Fest takes place at the 5-star Westin Grand Hotel in Munich from the 10th to the 13th of January 2025. The Pre-Party will already take place on the 9th of January 2025 at the Kult Tanzschule.
The official festival registration starts on Friday, 10.01.25, at 3:00 PM at the Westin Grand Hotel, and the festival ends on Monday, 13.01.25, at 4:00 AM. You can find the exact schedule with all timings here.
The Munich Bachata Fest is open to anyone who loves Bachata or wants to learn more about the dance. All skill levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced dancers.
To pick up your wristband, please bring the following to the welcome desk:

1. Your ticket with the QR code ready for scanning.
2. A valid ID matching the name on the ticket.

Without a matching ID, we won't be able to issue your wristband. Thank you for your understanding!
We recommend bringing comfortable shoes for dancing and any personal items you may need throughout the day.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement, such as dancewear or athletic wear. Many attendees also choose to dress up in their favorite Latin-inspired outfits. Nevertheless there will be 3 motto parties:

1. The Friday party on the 10.01.2025: Winterwonderland - White & Silver
2. The Saturday party on the 11.01.2025: Bachata Loveletters - Red
3. The Sunday party on the 12.01.2025: Munich Bachata Fest - Black & Gold
Yes, exclusive Munich Bachata Fest merchandise will be sold at the event, including T-shirts, sneakers, fans, and other souvenirs. Be sure to grab something to remember the event!
There will be the opportunity to pay in cash or with card throughout the whole festival.
The Full Pass includes all workshops and parties (during the day and in the evening) for all three days of the festival (10. - 13.01.25), plus access to the Pre-Party and workshop on the 9th of January.
The Golden Pass gives you the same access as the Full Pass (all workshops, all socials, all parties). Additionally, it includes the "Lunch & Dinner Package" worth 48€ and our exclusive festival Goodie Bag with amazing gadgets and benefits.
The Party Pass gives access to all parties (Socials during the day and all Parties in the evening). It also includes the Pre-Party on Thursday, 9th of January.
The concert will take place on the 11th of January, Saturday night, at the Bachata Party. All tickets include the party with the concert of Chris Paradise on Saturday evening.
There were early bird discounts available for those who registered at the beginning. Additionally, there are Ticket Deals available with festival passes and a hotel double-room that give attractive discounts.
We offer two special Ticket Deals that give attractive discounts. Both deals are only sold in packages of two. The deals include two passes and a double room for two nights (10.01.-12.01.25) at our 5-star event location, the Westin Grand Hotel in Munich.

1. The Party Deal: Includes 2 Party Passes and 1 Double Room for 2 Nights (Friday, 10th of January - Sunday, 12th of January 2025) at the Westin Grand Hotel.

2. The Full Deal: Includes 2 Full Passes and 1 Double Room for 2 Nights (Friday, 10th of January - Sunday, 12th of January 2025) at the Westin Grand Hotel.
Each Ticket Deal includes 2 nights' accommodation in the 5-star Westin Grand Hotel in Munich, where the festival itself will also take place. These are the nights of Friday, 10th, and Saturday, 11th of January. Guests leaving on Sunday evening, 12th of January, can store their luggage at the hotel during that day.

If you want to extend your stay, we recommend booking additional nights via the hotel website. The Westin Grand Hotel will ensure that your booking is merged into one reservation.
Yes* tickets for the parties on the 10th and 11th and 12th of January can still be purchased on site in the evening.

Unfortunately, refunds are not possible, but you can still sell your pass and request a name change through your personal area in Go&Dance. The deadline for a name change is Monday, 6th of January 2025, and it costs 10€.
The Golden Pass includes a goodie bag. The bags will be handed out to you on site at the event at the check-in.
No, you do not need a partner to attend the Munich Bachata Fest. There will be plenty of opportunities to meet and dance with other attendees during the festival.
A registration for the workshops in advance is not necessary. You can simply participate in the workshops you want. However, there is a level classification next to the schedule so that you can assess which workshop is suitable for you.
Masterclasses are designed for people who have an advanced level. To evaluate if you are dancing at an advanced level, you should have been dancing bachata for more than three years on a regular basis.
We offer four Masterclasses. You must register in advance for Masterclasses, as places are limited to 20 couples per class. Masterclasses cost an extra 30,00€ per class. When buying the ticket, you have to choose the "Follower" or "Leader" role. Tickets for the individual Masterclasses can be purchased on our official ticket page here.
Jack & Jill is our dance competition at the festival, where participants can showcase their skills in spontaneous social dancing without a pre-assigned partner and compete for attractive prizes. Click here to sign up.

All workshops will be held in English to accommodate our international guests.
With the Lunch & Dinner Package, you buy 2x lunch and 2x dinner for Saturday, 11th of January, and Sunday, 12th of January.

The lunch buffet at the Munich Bachata Fest 2025 will be offered between 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM. The dinner buffet will be available between 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM.

The total price is 48€, so each meal at the 5-star buffet of the Westin Grand Hotel only costs 12€.

The Lunch & Dinner Package can only be purchased in advance for this special price. It is limited and can also be purchased during the festival for a higher price if still available.
IMPORTANT: No outside food is allowed to be consumed at the festival venue.

  • • We offer free water during the whole festival for every participant. You will receive your own festival cup at registration. Please note: It is prohibited to fill water bottles at the water stations.
  • • There will additionally be a festival bar with a variety of drinks that can be purchased at all times.
  • • We have a super attractive food package for only 48€ (see above).
  • • Additionally, there are more restaurants and a 24-hour kiosk on-site where food and drinks can always be purchased.
  • • Furthermore, everyone who purchases a ticket with a hotel room will have breakfast included in the price.
We've got you covered with free water throughout the whole festival—refill it as much as you want with your own festival cup!

If you prefer, you're welcome to bring your own water bottle for the workshops during the day.

For the parties, we kindly ask that drinks stay at the entrance of the dance floors to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. Thank you for your understanding!
Except for the Ticket-Deals where rooms are included in the deal, all hotel rooms have to be booked directly at the special Munich Bachata Fest hotel page. Click here to book your room for the best price available.
The festival venue is easy to reach:

  • • Address: The Westin Grand Munich Hotel, Arabellastraße 6, 81925 Munich
  • • Subway Stop: U5 Arabellapark (just a 2-minute walk to the hotel)
  • • Festival Entrance: Look for the entrance to the left, just before the main hotel entrance. It will be clearly signposted for your convenience.
You have two options for parking:

  1. There are plenty of streets around the hotel with both free and paid parking available.
  2. The Westin Grand Munich Hotel also offers a parking garage with paid parking.
  • • Check-in: From 3:00 PM
  • • Check-out: By 12:00 PM

Please make sure to check out by 12:00 PM, as room key cards will automatically deactivate at this time.
There will be photographers and videographers capturing the event. By participating in the Munich Bachata Fest hosted by Bachata Sensual Nights, you consent to having photos and videos of yourself taken.

  • What is included in the Full Pass Ticket?

    • The Full Pass includes all workshops and parties (during the day and in the evening) during the 3 days of the festival (8.-10.12.2023).

  • What is the difference between Full Pass and Golden Full Pass?

    • The Golden Full Pass additionally includes 1 Masterclass of your choice during the 3 days Bachata Fest.

  • What is the difference between Party Pass and Party Pass XXL?

    • The Party Pass includes all parties in the evening. The Party Pass XXL additionally includes the day parties / socials.

  • How can I attend a Masterclass?

    • You must register in advance for Masterclasses, as places are limited. Anyone who has purchased a Golden Pass ticket can register for a masterclass of their choice. Alternatively, tickets for the individual masterclasses can be purchased directly on the ticket page. The exact schedule will be announced in advance and all guests who have a masterclass of their choice included in their ticket will be informed in advance about the registration process.

  • How can I register for a Workshop?

    • A registration for the workshops in advance is not necessary. You can simply participate in the workshops you want. However, there will be a workshop schedule with a level classification so that you can assess which workshop is suitable for you.

  • How many nights are included in my Ticket+Room?

    • Each ticket with Room includes 2 nights' accommodation in the 5-star Westin Grand Hotel in Munich, where the festival itself will also take place.These are the nights of Friday, the 8th, and Saturday, the 9th of DecemberFor guests leaving on the evening of Sunday, the 10th of December, there will be a possibility to store your luggage at the hotel for that day.However, for those who plan to attend the party on Sunday evening, we recommend booking an additional night at the hotel. There is a separate ticket category for additional nights on the ticket page.

  • Is the Chris Paradise concert included in my ticket?

    • The concert will take place on the 9th of December, Saturday evening, at the Bachata Party. All tickets (except Day Pass Sunday) include the party with the concert of Chris Paradise on Saturday evening.

  • Will there be a ticket office on site, in order to be able to attend the evening parties at short notice?

    • Yes* tickets for the parties on the 8th, 9th and 10th of December can still be purchased on site in the evening. *As long as stocks last!

  • Will there be food and drinks available at the Bachata Fest?

    • Yes, there will be food and drinks available for purchase at the festival.Furthermore, everyone who purchases a ticket with a hotel room, breakfast is included in the price.

  • What do I need to bring with me to the Bachata Fest?

    • We recommend bringing comfortable shoes for dancing, a water bottle, and any personal items you may need throughout the day.

  • How do I get a goodie bag? And what does it contain?

    • The Full Pass XXL + all Golden Tickets include a goodie bag worth at least 200€. The bags will be handed out to you on site at the event.The contents will be announced at a later date, but we assure you, you can look forward to it. 🙂
